impulsions &#8211; d\u00e9pend de la dopamine pour fonctionner. Dans un cerveau avec ADHD, la r\u00e9gulation de la dopamine fonctionne diff\u00e9remment. Les t\u00e2ches qui offrent une r\u00e9troaction imm\u00e9diate, nouvelle ou tr\u00e8s stimulante, comme les jeux vid\u00e9o, le jeu cr\u00e9atif ou les conversations, g\u00e9n\u00e8rent suffisamment de dopamine pour maintenir l\u2019attention. Les t\u00e2ches comme les devoirs, la lecture ou les corv\u00e9es, qui sont r\u00e9p\u00e9titives, abstraites ou dont la r\u00e9compense est retard\u00e9e, n\u2019en g\u00e9n\u00e8rent pas suffisamment.<\/p><p>Ce n\u2019est pas un choix. Ce n\u2019est pas de la paresse. Ce n\u2019est pas un d\u00e9faut de caract\u00e8re. Girls with ADHD are less likely to be hyperactive and more likely to be inattentive, disorganized, and emotionally reactive. They are often described as &lsquo;spacey,&rsquo; &lsquo;sensitive,&rsquo; &lsquo;a daydreamer,&rsquo; or &lsquo;tries hard but can&rsquo;t keep up.&rsquo; They are also more likely to mask their difficulties socially, which means the struggle stays invisible longer. If your daughter fits this description, she deserves the same careful assessment and support as any child. Ces m\u00e9thodes peuvent apporter une aide temporaire, mais elles ne traitent que la surface du probl\u00e8me, et non sa cause.<\/p><p>Un enfant r\u00e9ellement incapable de r\u00e9guler son attention a besoin de plus que de m\u00e9dicaments ou d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de contournement. Souvent utilis\u00e9s conjointement.<\/span><\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-51a36a7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"51a36a7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><strong>M\u00e9tronome interactif (IM)<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/h4><p>De nombreux sympt\u00f4mes du ADHD &#8211; difficult\u00e9s de planification, faible m\u00e9moire de travail, r\u00e9ponses impulsives, difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 suivre une s\u00e9quence &#8211; trouvent leur origine dans un d\u00e9r\u00e8glement du timing neurologique. L\u2019horloge interne du cerveau, qui soutient l\u2019attention et les fonctions ex\u00e9cutives, ne fonctionne pas avec suffisamment de pr\u00e9cision.<\/p><p>Interactive Metronome cible directement cet aspect.<\/p><p>L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve porte des capteurs aux mains et aux pieds et r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un rythme sonore, tout en recevant une r\u00e9troaction en temps r\u00e9el, mesur\u00e9e en millisecondes, sur la pr\u00e9cision de son synchronisme. C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cette exactitude du retour qui rend l\u2019approche efficace. Le cerveau r\u00e9agit \u00e0 une r\u00e9troaction pr\u00e9cise \u00e0 la milliseconde pr\u00e8s d\u2019une mani\u00e8re que les strat\u00e9gies comportementales ou les m\u00e9dicaments seuls ne peuvent reproduire.<\/p><p>Ce que les parents observent apr\u00e8s IM n\u2019est pas une simple am\u00e9lioration graduelle. C\u2019est un v\u00e9ritable changement qualitatif.<\/p><p>\u00ab\u00a0Un gar\u00e7on de 9 ans qui prenait des m\u00e9dicaments a soudainement commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 terminer ses devoirs dans le temps accord\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les autres \u00e9l\u00e8ves, ce qu\u2019il n\u2019avait jamais r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 faire auparavant. Il a aussi remis \u00e0 son p\u00e8re une histoire enti\u00e8rement \u00e9crite de sa propre main, en \u00e9criture cursive, et facile \u00e0 lire.\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\u2014 David Schipper, directeur de Strategic Learning Clinic<\/p><h4><strong>Coaching en fonctions ex\u00e9cutives et m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;\u00e9tude<br \/><br \/><\/strong><\/h4><p>Pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves du primaire sup\u00e9rieur, du secondaire, du CEGEP et de l\u2019universit\u00e9 dont la principale difficult\u00e9 concerne les fonctions ex\u00e9cutives plut\u00f4t que la mati\u00e8re scolaire elle-m\u00eame, ce programme vise \u00e0 construire l\u2019infrastructure pratique exig\u00e9e par le milieu scolaire.<\/p><p>Ces \u00e9l\u00e8ves comprennent la mati\u00e8re, mais n\u2019arrivent pas \u00e0 g\u00e9rer de fa\u00e7on constante les exigences de la vie scolaire : commencer les t\u00e2ches, g\u00e9rer le temps, organiser le mat\u00e9riel, \u00e9tablir des priorit\u00e9s ou aller jusqu\u2019au bout du travail. Ils savent ce qu\u2019ils doivent faire.
